What’s going on?

February 14, 2026 – Notos new F5J model was officially introduced in November 2025.                                            From February 15 to March 31, 2026, we have prepared a promotional event for this model. Orders for the Notos model during this period will receive a 20% discount.

March 7, 2021 – SOLO new F5J 400 model will be officially introduced in April 2021. Tests of this model have shown that the speed range is significantly greater than that of the Tilia model. It can fly at low “kite” speeds with minimal sinking, suitable for entering thermals. However, it can also “take off” while still descending well, when the model’s speed is significantly higher than that of the Tilia. This mode is suitable for jumping when searching for thermals or when recovering from a downdraft. The brake flaps, which have been enlarged to 1/3 of the wing depth, ensure smooth adjustment of the wing geometry. The controllability and stability of the SOLO are at the same level as those of the Tilia. The center of gravity has shifted significantly to the rear.

The undisputed advantage over the Tilia is the assembly of the SOLO before flight. Inserting the wings into the fuselage and fixing them with adhesive tape takes a matter of one minute.

The recommended servos are KST 08 – brakes and KST X06 (Blue Bird A10) – ailerons and tails. The power unit remains the same as the Tilia – Leopard 2830 engine.

October 15, 2020 – Notos, the new F5J is still in the testing phase. Its flight characteristics have already reached the quality of the EOS (and maybe even exceed it :-)). Now it has „its“ tail surfaces to match the wing planform.
